Ініціатива перебуває на етапі розвитку та зосереджена на вибудові партнерств та на розробці базової структури стандарту і моделі оцінювання.
На наступних етапах ініціатива передбачає пілотування підходу та запуск механізму публічного підтвердження відповідності через знак Human Rights Standard.
Human Rights Standard (HRS) is an independent initiative aimed at developing a practical and credible framework for aligning business operations with international human rights standards.
The initiative is at the development stage, building partnerships with international organisations, business associations and public authorities, while designing the initial structure of the standard and the assessment model.
At the next stages, the initiative envisages pilot implementation and the introduction of a public recognition mechanism through the Human Rights Standard mark.

Ініціатива розвивається з метою налагодження дієвої взаємодії з міжнародними партнерами, насамперед ООН та Радою Європи, з метою забезпечення відповідності міжнародним стандартам та довіри до підходу.
У перспективі це має створити передумови для визнання напрацьованого підходу як сумісного з міжнародними практиками та придатного до масштабування.
The initiative is developing to reach cooperation with international partners, in particular the United Nations and the Council of Europe, in order to ensure alignment with international standards and credibility of the approach.
In the longer term, this is expected to create the conditions for the approach to be recognized as compatible with international practices and suitable for scaling.
